This day is open to everyone. No previous experience is needed, and you are welcome whether or not you attend the sesshin (retreat).
We will explore where reaction begins: in the body, in the feeling tone, and before the story takes over.
The poisons are not faults to be ashamed of. They are powerful energies contracted around fear, protection, and the wish for things to be different. When met with awareness, they become the path (to liberation).
We will practice meeting them together rather than hiding or trying to resolve them alone.
